Terms and Conditions

1) AMA Research Ltd make publications or databases (“research material”) available and data or information contained therein subject to these Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”). Your use of this research material constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and the fundamental premise that any information contained within our research material remains the copyright of AMA Research Ltd.

2) The contents of any purchased research material must not be reproduced, transmitted, held or stored in any retrieval system, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the copyright holders, who are AMA Research Ltd. You may not re-publish, re-sell or re-distribute any research material, or do anything else with any research material, which is not specifically permitted in this Agreement.

3) The purchaser shall ensure that this research material, or any part thereof, is not disclosed or made available by the purchasing company, or any of its employees, to any other person, firm or corporation. The purchaser may use purchased research material only as required to view for individual use, and may print/copy a purchased report or database once only for their use.

4) AMA Research Ltd shall retain legal and beneficial ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in relation to all research material published by AMA Research in whole or in part, including, without limitation, all data, databases, reports, calculations, records, drawings, tables, charts, specifications, plans, and/or other material created by AMA Research Ltd (or any employee or person engaged by AMA Research Ltd).

5) It should be emphasised that the information in the research material represents our assessment based on background information and personal experience.  The accuracy of the information cannot, therefore, be guaranteed and should be used accordingly.  In particular, AMA Research Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for damages suffered by any third party as a result of decisions made, or actions taken, based on the research material.

6) This Agreement will be governed by English Law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We share relevant information only with those parties entrusted with the processing of hour account and the fulfilment of your orders. We have established procedures to protect your privacy – and we uphold them vigorously.

 

What Procedures do we Follow?

We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our visitors share with us.

We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service, which includes advising our customers and potential customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.

We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that customer privacy is respected.

 

What Steps are Taken When Paying Online to Keep my Sensitive Information Private?

The information you submit to AMA Research Ltd is sent to us or the third party service provider(s) we use through a ‘secure session’ established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology encrypts (scrambles) your account information before it is sent, making it virtually impossible for anyone other than AMA Research Ltd to read it.

Because our service provider(s) may be based overseas, your personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and/or processing. We protect all customer data against unauthorised access and take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure our service providers do likewise. We and they use secure technology, privacy protection controls and restrictions on employee access to safeguard your personal information.
