During the years leading up to 2027, annual growth rates are forecast to average around 4-5%. Which represents an increase of 25% from 2022 – 2027. Much of the market growth occurring within the next few years is likely to result from the recent regulatory changes placing greater emphasis on fire safety in both residential and non-residential buildings. Replacement of unfit or malfunctioning units and equipment is becoming a greater priority, with building owners liable to stiffer penalties for failing to meet their fire safety obligations.
