Most report orders and fulfilled and delivered online through our customer portal, AMA Research Interactive (www.amaresearch-interactive.co.uk). You will be able to access purchased report files in your account on the customer portal as soon as the order has been processed by us. Unless otherwise specified, reports will be delivered in PDF format, with a single user license.
In some instances reports may be delivered via email. This is usually the case for reports or data relating to bespoke research. In this case, a PDF version of the report will be sent to your email address.
Purchasing a report with a credit or debit card does not enable you to have instant access to the report. Our system does not allow for immediate download of purchased content, as we require an account to be set up on our customer portal, something which is done manually by us.
If you have ordered an electronic format, delivery can be expected within 4 working hours (UK Time 9:00 am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri) except on weekends and UK public holidays. All hard copy orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. If your order is urgent, we suggest that you call to check delivery times.
If you are located outside the UK, please remember to take into account the time difference and normal UK business hours. If you do not receive your report within the timeframe specified above, please call us on +44 (0) 1242 235724, or e-mail at [email protected].
If you are not a UK registered limited company we normally ask for payment before delivering the reports to you.
You can place an order online, by telephone, by email or by post.
• Ordering online
To order using the website, please go to www.amaresearch.co.uk and navigate through to the report you would like to order. Once on the report page, select the format and licence type, and click on the ‘order now’ button. This will add the report to the shopping basket, where it will remain until you proceed to checkout or close your browser.
You can access your shopping basket from the ‘my basket’ link in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you have finished shopping, go to the basket where you can review your order. If you wish to proceed, just click the checkout button to complete your details and input payment details.
Please note that online orders are also subject to the delivery times outlined above – you will not be able to access your report until it has been added to your account by a member of the customer services team.

AMA Research is a commercial organisation, and we are unfortunately unable to provide students with access to report content free of charge, although we generally include an executive summary of each of our reports on our website at www.amaresearch.co.uk. We do, however, recognise that you may have a limited budget and may be able to offer students reports at discounted rates, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us for further details.
Our reports are structured in a way that is designed to give you a full overview of the market and individual sections are in many cases not able to stand alone, we are therefore unable to sell individual sections. In addition we are unable to sell individual tables and charts, as our reports contain significant amounts of analysis and commentary on each market and sector reviewed, which complements the data presented in tables and charts.
AMA Research is an independent market research company that prides itself on supplying objective information on a range of markets. We have been established since 1989 and are the leading specialist market research company in building, construction and home improvement markets in the UK. All AMA Research market reports are researched and produced by an experienced member of our research team, with information for each report gathered from a wide range of secondary sources, as well as primary research. For further details, please visit this page on our website.
Due to the high volume of reports published, we cannot provide a sample for each report. However, if you’d like to see an example of an AMA Research report, you can find a recent sample report by clicking here.
The latest edition of our reports will always be the one displayed on the website. We don’t display older editions of our market reports, but these may be supplied or purchased by contacting us directly. We generally update our reports every 2-3 years, but if you would like to know when a new edition is due, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We aim to provide as much information as possible about our reports on our website, in order to help you make informed purchase decisions. However, if you can’t find what you are looking for, please get in touch with us directly and we will point you towards the most appropriate report for you. We also offer bespoke research services and consultancy, so if the topic is not included within our reports, we may still be able to help find this information for you.
Each of our reports provide an in-depth look into the market that is reviewed, and reports will usually contain analysis and data relating to market size; market structure; key products; product mixes; leading suppliers; distribution structure and key applications or market sectors. However, the structure varies depending on the focus of the report. You can always view the contents listing, including a full list of all charts and tables, for each individual report on our website, which will give you an idea of the structure of the particular report you are interested in.
Our report focus on B2B usage, therefore do not generally incorporate consumer data. All reports begin with an executive summary highlighting the key points from the report.
